Working At Surfacequest

Architectural Fusions are micro-thin, architectural overlays that come in over 2,000 patterns designed to emulate natural materials such as wood, stone, metal, fabric, and leather. Browse our website to see a sample of the types of projects you will install.

General Purpose

Working with a team of Surfacequest-Certified Installers, you will aid in setting up the work area, prep substrates, apply the film, and clean up the work area once the install is complete.

Job Type

Full-time, hourly

Schedule

M-F, occasional weekend work at the after-hours rate

Location

Job site locations vary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review emails with job instructions and details
  • Communicate via email, text, and phone with the Operations Team
  • Timely reporting of hours and expenses
  • Assist in work area set up and tear down
  • Apply film and complete job scope to plan
  • Inspect and prepare various surfaces, which could include the following activities: cleaning, sanding, sealing, and filler application

  • Willingness to travel
  • Attention to detail, cleanliness, patience, and strong work ethic
  • Professional appearance and work demeanor
  • Ability to communicate, cooperate, and collaborate with all Surfacequest team members
  • Desire to learn the skill sets required to become a Surfacequest-Certified Film Installer
  • Ability to self-manage, stay on task and work independently
  • Punctual and reliable attendance

Compensation:

  • Weekly Payroll
  • After hours pay at time-and-a-half
  • Compensation while traveling to and from out-of-town jobs
  • Cell phone allowance
